With the Overwatch League cancelling their homestands, for the time being, all matches will be moved to online only for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, the OWL’s fans will finally be able to get a look at the Pacific Conference teams again, as for Week 7, the first weekend of this format, features four Pacific teams, the three California teams and the first appearance of the Seoul Dynasty this season. With these teams having less time to find a natural onstage synergy seen on the Atlantic Conference teams, we might see the teams still struggling to find their place. The hero pool supposed to be in for week 6, Soldier 76, Sombra, Winston, and Lucio, will still carry over for this week. Let’s look at what lies ahead for this weekend.

What To Watch Out For

As this weekend features Seoul’s first two matches, we get to see what if the Dynasty’s off-season acquisitions can jive with the rest of the team. The Dynasty’s new star-power comes from picking three core London Spitfire players in Profit, Gesture, and Bdosin. While they should be what the other Seoul players build around, Gesture might find it hard out of the gate early since Winston has been banned, so Marve1 might have to pick up the slack this week.

San Francisco’s roster will get its first depth test with hero pools, as the team with the most consistent teamwork in 2019 has to adapt on the fly now. They should continue to be quite powerful with the DPS options of Sinatraa, Striker, Viol2t, and Architect, making them a safe Overwatch bet.

The Valiant was one of the major surprises of week 1, handling Dallas and putting up a fight against Vancouver. Now we can see if the teamwork of this makeshift group can last for more than one weekend.

OWL 2020 Week 7 Predictions
